Bangla Keyboard ("the app") is a Bangla phonetic and English keyboard for Android, published by Infomity ("we", "us").
The app works entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal data or anything you type.
The app saves only three settings, in private app storage: whether Bangla digits are shown, whether key vibration is on, and your last language mode (Bangla or English). This stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Automatic cloud backup of app data is disabled.
None. We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, location, contacts, usage analytics, or crash reports. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking code.
The app requests no permissions beyond the standard ability to act as a keyboard (input method) that you enable yourself in Android settings.
Suggestions come from a word list bundled inside the app, so no lookups happen online. The word list is derived from the openly licensed (CC0) AI4Bharat IndicCorp v2 Bengali corpus; only derived word counts are bundled, not the original text.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
